Naser AlHalaseh

Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2023 and a member of the firm since 2023. Naser graduated from Al-Balqa Applied University in 2021 with a distinguished degree in law, attaining an impressive GPA of 3.96. Naser specializes in the commercial department, with a focus on corporate law and intellectual property, delivering expert legal consultations tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. His dedication to addressing the legal requirements of the company is complemented by his ability to align these needs with existing legal frameworks. In his commitment to professional development, Naser completed a six-month internship at the House of Representatives, where he gained valuable insights into legislative processes.

Siwar Al-Daoud

Trainee

Siwar is a dedicated trainee at our firm, bringing a strong foundation in both Commercial and International Law. She graduated with distinction from City University of London with an LL.M in Public International Law, following her LL.B in Law from the University of Kent. Siwar specializes in Commercial Law, as well as International Public and Private Law, combining her academic achievements with practical expertise to provide insightful legal support for our clients. She is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered solutions as she advances in her legal career.

Shahed Akroush

Junior Associate

Shahed is a Junior Associate specializing in corporate and commercial matters with a strong foundation in litigation. A graduate of the University of Jordan, she took the oath on October 10, 2024, and has been with the firm since 2021. She initially trained as part of the firm’s legal team before proceeding to an associate position. Her expertise includes reviewing contracts and working closely with the companies’ control department to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, she is involved in registering trademarks and patents, helping clients protect their intellectual property.  Fluent in three languages, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions and fostering strong client relationships

 

Mohammad Ali Shtaiwi

Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2016 and a member of the firm since 2015. His expertise lies in offering comprehensive due diligence services and strategic consultations for legal initiatives .With a keen focus on analysis and prudent decision-making, he engages proactively with a multitude and consultations on all business and investment concerns. He actively handles numerous matters in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Aya Al-Alwai

Associate

Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2022 and a member of the firm since 2023.

She is responsible for representing clients in various legal matters, including court proceedings and negotiation .She drafts legal documents, and counsel clients on their rights and legal options, follow up with the government and non-government entities, settling legal funds, and collecting the judged amounts.

Saleh Malkawi

Associate

Admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2022 and a member of the firm since 2024. A member in the litigation and Dispute Resolution department, he represents clients through a diverse array of practice areas, across all Jordanian courts handling a broad spectrum of litigation matters, specializing in claims and arbitration. His proficiency extends to litigation before all legal and administrative tribunals.
